Terms of Service for BotIntra

1. Introduction
Welcome to BotIntra, the AI automation systems service platform operating at botintra.top. By accessing or using our services, information products, or goods, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services
BotIntra provides tailored AI automation systems and consulting services. Our offerings include design, implementation, and ongoing support for automated workflows. Each service engagement is governed by a separate service agreement.
3. Information Products
BotIntra offers digital information products such as tutorials, whitepapers, and courses related to AI automation. Delivery is entirely electronic via download links or platform access.
4. Goods
BotIntra may supply physical items such as branded hardware modules or documentation kits shipped to your address. All goods are shipped from ETH Zurich, Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Services
All service engagements may be eligible for a refund of fees paid if a written request is submitted within 14 days of contract signing and before work has commenced. To request a refund, please contact us via our support form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Unused service hours may be carried over to future engagements upon mutual agreement.
5.2 Information Products
Digital products may be refunded within 7 days of delivery if no download or access has occurred. To initiate a refund, use our support form. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
5.3 Goods
Physical goods are refundable within 30 days of receipt, provided they are returned in original condition, with packaging intact. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.
5.4 Non-Refundable Services
Certain specialized services with upfront customization, expedited delivery, or third-party licensing fees are explicitly non-refundable. This includes any service where materials or licenses are procured specifically for your project. Such non-refundable status will be specified in the service agreement.
6. Service Transfers
Except for non-refundable services, you may transfer an unused portion of a service engagement to another party or project. Transfers require written approval from BotIntra and may incur administrative fees.

8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
